The meeting is from July 22–July 25. The opening reception for the main meeting will be on the evening of the 22nd. The satellite symposia will start on morning of the 22nd, so you should plan to arrive on the 21st, if you plan to attend a satellite symposium (please select housing option 3, if staying on campus). Abstract submissions for satellite symposia are separate from the main meeting. Food is available at the cafeteria or local restaurants, but is not included in registration or housing fees.
When you register, you must select the same registration category as you did in your membership application!
e.g., 1. From Central America, South America, or the Caribbean; 2. Faculty Member from all other geographical regions (US, Canada, Europe, Asia, etc.); 3. Postdoctoral Researcher from all other geographical regions (US, Canada, Europe, Asia, etc.) 4. Student (Graduate and Undergraduate)

Private single bedrooms are available for meeting attendees. Private single bedrooms are part of a shared living space that includes up to 4 private bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and one bathroom per every two bedrooms.
